The 1.06 update arrives just days after <em>Crimson Desert<\/em>&#8216;s previous patch, and includes a few surprises.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<p>One of those surprises is a new claw machine game at the Laughing Marionette, which includes the following obtainable items: 12 types of lighting items, 1 type of chair, 1 type of special headgear, Abyss Artifacts, and Abyss Gears. There&#8217;s also a long list of mounts that can be tamed, and players can ride a variety of beasts, including wolves, bears, warthogs, camels, kuku birds, lions, tigers, and even iguanas.<\/p>\n<p><em>Crimson Desert<\/em>&#8216;s latest update also adds an extraction feature that lets players recover materials used in refinement, which should make the grind to fully upgrade equipment much faster.<\/p>\n<p>Pearl Abyss has been releasing updates at a breakneck pace since <em>Crimson Desert<\/em>&#8216;s launch in mid-March. feature that allows you to recover materials used to refine equipment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        Materials used to refine equipment can partially be recovered.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        This feature can be used by interacting with smithies in various regions.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Extraction can be performed for a single refinement level or all the way back to the base refinement level, which is the equipment&#8217;s refinement level when it was first acquired.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Extracting equipment only affects its refinement level and does not destroy the item.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        Extraction Target: Equipment with a base refinement level of 4 that has been further refined to refinement level 10.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Extraction Result: Extracting it back to refinement level 4 will recover the materials used to refine it up to level 10 and return the equipment\u2019s refinement level to 4.\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n                                        The quantity of recovered items will vary depending on their type.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        Special materials such as Artifacts and Aeserion&#8217;s scale are recovered at 100% of the amount used.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Common materials such as iron ore, copper ore, and bloodstones are recovered at approximately 70% of the amount used.\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Added new unarmed combat skills for Oongka<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        Select &#8220;Fists&#8221;
